Pool Cleaning Service!

Below are three types of services offered.

Chemic

  1. Chemicals Only
    • Check chemical balance of swimming pool water and provide solutions to water chemistry problems. Chemicals checked each visit include:
      • Total Chlorine
      • Free Chlorine
      • PH
      • Alkalinity
      • Phosphates
      • Cynaric Acid Level
      • Salt Levels
      • Calcium
      • Algaecides and Phosphate removers are not included in this service. (The only time these chemicals would need to be used is if the pool is not being kept up with properly)

    (With this service, the homeowner must keep the pool in good condition in between service visits. The owner must vacuum and brush the pool weekly and keep all pump and skimmer baskets empty.)

  2. Chemical Plus – Includes the “Chemical Only” service above plus:
    • Emptying of:
      • Skimmer Basket
      • Pump Basket
      • Auto-Cleaner Bag
  3. Full Service – Includes “Chemical Plus” service above plus:
    • Brushing Pool Walls
    • Brushing Pool Steps
    • Vacuuming Pool (as needed)

Our Weekly “Full Service” Includes:

  1. Check the chemical balance of swimming pool water and provide solutions to problem water chemistry
  2. Chemicals checked each visit: Total Chlorine, Free Chlorine, PH, Alkalinity, Phosphates, Cynaric Acid Level, Salt Levels, and Calcium
  3. Check for proper operation of pumps, filter, heater, automatic cleaner, salt systems, and all other important components of the swimming pool equipment
  4. Net the swimming pool and vacuum when needed
  5. Scrub the tile and brush the pool walls
  6. Backwash filter as needed or minimum on a monthly basis
  7. Empty skimmer, pump baskets and cleaner bags
  8. Check for plumbing leaks, operational valves, actuators, and proper configurations
  9. Check swimming pool and spa lights
  10. Check automated controls and timers
  11. Check condition of swimming pool deck, coping, and tile
  12. Check condition of swimming pool surface
  13. Check for proper electrical wiring and components
  14. Check to make sure all pool jets are moving in appropriate direction
  15. Change operations of hours for equipment depending on times of the year

Some pools require the use of a Power Vacuum, Portable Vacuum or Leaf Master for vacuuming purposes.
